I've been a member of this car wash since they opened a few years ago. It was great being able to get a quick wash in the neighborhood between hand washes, and for a time, it was a solid wash for a reasonable amount of money. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, over the last year I've noticed two big issues: 1) Their brushes aren't well-maintained. I've gotten three deep scratches (a hazard of automatic car washes) that I've been able to buff out, but it's clear maintenance isn't up to par. 2) They've noticeably sped up the conveyor that pushes your car through the wash. It used to be that I'd go through the car wash and my car would be clean and dry coming out the other end. Now, my car comes out dripping wet, and often still dirty (bird and tree droppings). Bonus: At some point in 2024 or early 2025, someone drove into the building, and the structure wasn't repaired for the better part of a year. That was finally fixed, but membership prices subsequently went up by $10 (I guess to make up for it.) I get the business reasons for these changes, but overall, it's compromising the quality of the wash, and if I can't get a decent car wash with my membership, what's the poi

I am at Sparkle on 101st and Western. I had trouble redeeming a promotion and a young man named DeAndre came to assist. He handled the situation with such courtesy and poise, I actually was shocked. You just don't find good customer service anymore. He got me thru the line which I was holding up and reassuringly told me he would have more time to assist on the other side. By the time I went thru I had discovered my error and told him I was all straight. While I was drying my vehicle, he took the extra step of coming over to double check that everything on my account was in order. He also took the time to explsin the process to me. DeAndre is so impressive... calm, reassuring mannerism, thorough, and eager to help. I haven't even really looked at the wash and know Sparkle is my new spot. Not just because I bought the monthly membership, I can cancel that. Its the customer service and manner in which I was treated by DeAndre that makes me want to support a company chooses ground root employes that will properly represent it. Sparkle should open a school for customer service and have DeAndre direct it. Or at least put him in a position to train others, and of course, increase his pay

I absolutely love this car wash. The manager Deandre is super friendly, helpful and attentive to his customers. I didn’t like the vacuums last year but they replaced them. Very clean location, spacious and opens on time. Been coming to this location about 2 years now. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
